WILLEMSTAD — Three major football tournaments under Concacaf auspices are set to take place this week, according to the official Concacaf website.
The Central American Cup, the Caribbean Cup, and the U-20 Women’s World Cup headline the sporting agenda for the region. These competitions bring together national teams and selections from across the Concacaf confederation, which oversees football in North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
The Central American Cup features nations from the Central American region, while the Caribbean Cup encompasses teams from the island territories. The U-20 Women’s World Cup represents a global competition for female players under twenty years of age.
Concacaf has coordinated the organization of these tournaments as part of the region’s annual football calendar. According to the official announcement, venues, match schedules, and participating nations have been confirmed for all three competitions.
